Covenants & Restrictions
All homes constructed must meet the following minumum requirements for Sq. Ft. of heated living space:
- Single-level homes on walk-out home site: min. of 1900 Sq. Ft. on main floor.
- Single-level homes on slab home site with 3 Car garage: min. of 1900 Sq. Ft. on main floor.
- Single-level homes on slab site with two-car garage: min. of 2000 Sq. Ft. on main floor.
- Homes of one and one-half stories (slab or walk-out home site): min. of 1800 Sq. Ft on main floor and min. of 2200 Sq. Ft. on first and second levels combined.
- Two-story homes (slab or walk-out home site): min. of 1400 Sq. Ft. on main floor and a min. of 1400 Sq. Ft. on second story floor.
